You can't load new songs to the iPod Shuffle from a second computer without deleting all the songs already on the iPod. Sometimes the iPod loses your place in an audio book and you have to rewind for 5 minutes. You can't buy music from the iTunes store if you live in South Africa (unless you have a credit card with a US or UK address) Apple web site support sucks.
